Whether reaching out to 35 year old car buying prospects in the
Northeast, twenty-something college students in Guangdong, or
white collar women aged over 25 with a passion for cosmetics around
Shanghai, madeforchina speaks the right language to the right
audience.
China's leading independent permission based email advertising
provider, delivering 25% of all permission based marketing emails
in China, madeforchina is relied upon by top marketers at multinational
companies to meet their advertising needs. Here's three reasons
why they trust us:
Clean Data
Madeforchina meets or exceeds international email marketing best
practice guidelines, offering a safe, legal and clean advertising
solution. All of the consumers reached by madeforchina's database
are self selected, having explicitly opted in to receive information
on leading brands from our clients. Our database itself is maintained
to the highest global standards, with a scoring system constantly
monitoring response from every recipient and removing inactive
addresses.
Actual Delivery
Madeforchina's advanced email transmission technology is configured
to fully comply with anti-spam filters, ensuring exceptional success
rates for delivery into the inboxes of target consumers. Each
campaign is tracked, enabling clients to measure delivery, open
and click through rates, and observe consumer behavior in response
to every email through real time reporting.
Engaging
Content
Madeforchina's award winning designers have a proven track record
of creating innovative and original content for our clients. Utilizing
video, animations, flash games and the latest in rich media, our
creative team produces high impact content that engages with the
target audience.
Case
Study - Kia Cerato
Combining an engaging flash campaign
with consumer registration and a test drive promotion, this 2005
branding campaign for the Kia Cerato raised awareness for the
new model and also succeeded in directly generating sales for
the client.
To promote the launch of this compact
saloon in the China market, the client selected 200,000 recipients,
aged 26 and over and with a stated interest in receiving auto
promotions, from the madeforchina database. With the goal of getting
consumers engaged with the brand, the madeforchina team created
an email which combined an easy to play flash game with a simple
registration form which offered recipients the chance to test
drive the car itself.
Response to the campaign was excellent.
Open rates for the email far exceeded international industry standards,
breaking 26% and the game itself proved to be an instant hit,
not only gelling with the original target audience, but also having
a strong viral effect, getting passed between recipients and their
peers and coworkers.
The end result was a purchase response
rate 5-6 times higher than that offered by the alternative direct
and traditional marketing channels available to the client. Beyond
communicating the brand value to the Kia Cerato to a targeted
audience, the campaign also generated high quality sales leads,
and over 10 consumers bought the car as a direct result, tracked
all the way through from the initial email to purchase.
Case Study
- Absolut
Madeforchina’s campaign for
Absolut’s “Absolut Tracks” promotion, met the
client’s goal of
driving targeted traffic to their website,
and disproved a few misconceptions about email marketing in the
process. As industry magazine Media reported in March 2006:
“Absolut has taken its newly-launched
global music project -- Absolut Kravitz -- to China, with a series
of events across major cities to support this month's six-city
rollout.
“A Flash-based email direct
marketing campaign by MadeforChina was created to drive people
to Absolutracks.com's locally-hosted Chinese-language website,
which features rock musician Lenny Kravitz' exclusive new single,
Breathe. A departure from Kravitz' traditional rock , Breathe
has a distinctly dance music sound, serving as Kravitz' interpretation
of the Absolut brand, which is offering free downloads of the
album's tracks and the accompanying video clips on the website.
"The forward rate for this EDM campaign was about 40 per
cent higher than for other campaigns as we used cool, Flash-based
animation in the emails to invite Absolut's 18-28 year-old targets
to click on the website," said Byron Constable, MadeforChina
chairman. "This campaign smashes the myth that email marketing
is only used to communicate simple sales offers." Absolut's
media agency, OMD, also used print and leading Chinese portals
such as Baidu, Sina and Sohu to support the China rollout and
drive consumers to both the site and events. PR agency Eastwei
organised the parties, with two separate Beijing events drawing
300 musicians and the second for the public pulling in more than
1,000 guests, according to OMD. Launch parties are also scheduled
in Guangzhou, Chengdu, Shenzhen and Chongqing.”
